📋 Description

• Coach and lead an agile team within the SAFe framework • Facilitate team breakouts, PI Planning, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos, and backlog refinement • Track and remove impediments and ensure cross-team coordination • Maintain team metrics and identify improvement areas • Perform capacity planning for iterations and increments • Collaborate with Scrum Masters to manage dependencies and consistency across teams • Liaise with architects, cybersecurity SMEs, and stakeholders • Manage product releases and dependencies between teams and third parties • Support product roadmap development • Coach continuous improvement and high-performing team development • Develop and refine processes to enhance quality and productivity • Contribute to Agile communities of practice • Ensure staffing for assigned Epics and Features • Schedule and allocate work, advise and guide teams, and resolve problems • Ensure product quality and timely delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and seven years of related experience • Certified Scrum Master or Certified SAFe Scrum Master with significant experience coaching Scrum teams • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience leading teams using an Agile Scrum or Scaled Agile approach • Understanding of software development planning, development, requirements management, configuration management, quality assurance, and release management • Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with strong communication skills and work ethic; self-starter • Must be a U.S. Citizen • Able to pass an IT-1 background investigation • SAFe Advanced Scrum Master, SAFe Practitioner, or other Scaled Agile Certification • Experience with continuous deployment models • Ability to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to innovative principles and ideas
