📋 Description

• Deliver projects and products using appropriate agile project management methodology • Work with the Product Manager to define product roadmaps and translate them into user stories • Lead collaborative planning and prioritize work based on team capacity and capability • Matrix-manage a multi-disciplinary team • Ensure products meet appropriate quality standards for alpha, beta, and production stages • Share knowledge of agile best practices • Migrate current-system functionality from mainframes to AWS GovCloud • Incorporate modern name-search capabilities • Expand image handling for larger files and additional formats such as PDF • Transition investigative search to Elasticsearch • Build microservices-based services running in containers on OpenShift • Transition database functionality from IBM DB2 to an appropriate cloud data store • Update NIEM schemas and IEPDs • Identify and resolve risks, blockers, and dependencies • Improve team collaboration, backlog health, sprint quality, and retrospectives • Coordinate work across multiple teams and maintain compliance in a federal security-conscious environment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of work experience • Active Tier 3 Secret clearance • Experience working in an agile environment • Experience supporting federal programs or working within GovCon environments • Familiarity with large-scale system modernization or enterprise transformation efforts • Experience working across multiple Agile teams or within scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum of Scrums, etc.) • Background in software development, systems engineering, or technical program delivery • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project management platforms • Scrum certifications such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe Agilist • Experience operating in security or compliance-driven environments such as CMMC or NIST • U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required for the security-clearance process
