📋 Description

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives • Manage Kanban boards and facilitate Waterfall-aligned status checkpoints and stage-gate reviews • Tailor facilitation and reporting to Agile, Waterfall, or Kanban delivery methodologies • Remove delivery impediments, manage dependencies, resolve blockers, and coordinate cross-team efforts • Partner with the Product Manager on backlog readiness and work-commitment integrity • Support Azure DevOps migration through backlog, board, and workflow migration • Configure and maintain Azure DevOps boards for Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall workstreams • Support team onboarding, training, and reporting during the transition from legacy tooling • Monitor and report on project scope, status, budget, and risk with the Product Manager and Engagement Lead • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and the Client's goals and priorities • Champion governance standards, policies, the Product Delivery Process, change control, and Agile best practices • Maintain project alignment with strategic business objectives and delivery outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • Experience monitoring project budget, scope, and risk, with a track record of proactive risk mitigation and transparent reporting • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical teams and business stakeholders • Working proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO), including boards, backlogs, and reporting • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, including scheduling, dependency management, and resource alignment across teams • Experience facilitating delivery in hybrid environments blending Agile (Scrum), Waterfall, and Kanban methodologies • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification • 3+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master or Delivery Facilitator on software delivery or technology projects • Prior experience supporting Azure DevOps tool migration, including board configuration, backlog migration, and end-user training (preferred) • Experience within a formal client governance framework and structured change control processes (preferred) • Advanced Agile certification or exposure to blended Agile/Waterfall frameworks (preferred) • Prior client-facing consulting or professional services experience (preferred) • Familiarity with budget and status reporting for executive or client stakeholders (preferred) • Legal authorization to work in the United States
