📋 Description

• Serve as the full technical owner of Zendesk, Community Software, and associated CX tools • Manage data mapping, sync logic, and integrations between HubSpot, Zendesk, and ChurnZero • Build and maintain automated workflows, nested triggers, and custom fields across CX systems • Configure feedback mechanisms via Simplesat • Manage automated retention and cancellation workflows in ProsperStack • Administer Assembled workforce management platforms • Deploy, tune, and optimize AI Agents • Maintain the Customer Context App, text validation tools, and Trucentive • Serve as the primary technical escalation point for internal CX technology issues • Conduct system audits, repair broken automations, and manage user security and permissions • Interface with software vendors to resolve technical issues and evaluate features • Execute CX operations and technical initiatives supporting department scaling • Report to the Director of Customer Operations

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of technical administration experience within a SaaS environment • Deep administrative experience with Zendesk and HubSpot, including complex routing, workflows, and integrations • Strong logical reasoning skills with experience mapping complex conditional processes using If/Then logic • Understanding of SaaS integration methods, including webhooks, APIs, and middleware tools such as Zapier and Workato • Meticulous attention to detail and rigorous workflow testing experience • US-based and legally able to work full time in the US • Stable work environment with designated workspace and access to high-speed internet • Sponsorships are not available • Workforce management experience with tools such as Assembled preferred • Customer success platform experience with ChurnZero preferred • Experience deploying and tuning AI-powered customer service agents preferred • Background supporting CX, Support, or Customer Success teams in a high-growth SaaS or faith tech organization preferred
