📋 Description

• Support network operations by applying technical knowledge to maintain and improve network performance and reliability • Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts • Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates • Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities • Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation with senior technicians • Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management • Work on sites in Northern Nevada from Reno to the Utah Border

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required) • Vocational/Technical Training or related field (Preferred) • At least 18 years of age • Legally authorized to work in the United States • 5G New Radio (NR) • Base Station • Continuous Development • Disaster Recovery Planning • Network Troubleshooting • Project Management • Radio Access Networks (RAN) • Technical Support • Wireless Backhaul • Travel required • DOT regulated position
