📋 Description

• Cover sites in Elkhart east toward Angola and the surrounding area • Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues • Contribute to outage resolution efforts • Manage smaller projects or project segments • Deliver accurate status and progress updates • Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities • Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation • Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required) • Vocational/Technical Training or related field (Preferred) • 2-4 years working experience in Field Operations and maintenance (Preferred) • 2-4 years wireless telecommunications or other related experience (Preferred) • Knowledge of 5G New Radio (NR) • Knowledge of Base Station • Knowledge of Continuous Development • Knowledge of Disaster Recovery Planning • Knowledge of Network Troubleshooting • Knowledge of Project Management • Knowledge of Radio Access Networks (RAN) • Knowledge of Technical Support • Knowledge of Wireless Backhaul • At least 18 years of age • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Willingness and ability to travel • DOT regulated position
