📋 Description

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues • Contribute to outage resolution efforts • Manage smaller projects or project segments • Deliver accurate status and progress updates • Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities • Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation with senior technicians • Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management • Maintain and improve network performance and reliability • Provide technical assistance and contribute to operational process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required) • Vocational/Technical Training or related field (Preferred) • 2-4 years working experience in Field Operations and maintenance (Preferred) • 2-4 years wireless telecommunications or other related experience (Preferred) • Knowledge of 5G New Radio (NR) (Required) • Knowledge of Base Station (Required) • Knowledge of Continuous Development (Required) • Knowledge of Disaster Recovery Planning (Required) • Knowledge of Network Troubleshooting (Required) • Knowledge of Project Management (Required) • Knowledge of Radio Access Networks (RAN) (Required) • Knowledge of Technical Support (Required) • Knowledge of Wireless Backhaul (Required) • At least 18 years of age • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Willingness to travel; travel required • DOT-regulated position • Candidates should live in north-central Missouri to northeast Kansas or be able to relocate at the time of hire
