📋 Description

• Support small business sales teams selling in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement for accounts with 1–9 employees • Participate in multiple customer meetings daily to provide technical consultation and solution guidance • Present solution features, benefits, and ROI • Assist with in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility • Maintain expert-level knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management • Consult on customer opportunities and analyze wireless network coverage • Provide technical expertise to design and present wireless solutions that meet customer needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related work experience OR an advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required) • 3+ years of experience in telecommunications, solutions consulting, or engineering roles with a professional track record of successful solution sales and managing internal and external relationships in a matrix environment (Required) • Experience supporting wireless business sales teams (SMB, ENT, or GOV) (Preferred) • Communication (Required) • Customer Needs Identification (Required) • Product Knowledge (Required) • Project Management (Required) • Business Sales (Required) • Solution Consultation (Required) • Technical Demonstrations (Required) • Technical Presentations (Required) • Technical Training (Required) • Wireless Networks (Required) • At least 18 years of age • Legally authorized to work in the United States
