📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of supply chain and operational transformation projects • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications • Coordinate cross-functional project teams across consulting, engineering, technology, operations, and client organizations • Facilitate workshops, governance meetings, and executive steering committees • Monitor project performance and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests • Support warehouse, logistics, transportation, network design, automation, and supply chain improvement initiatives • Drive project governance and reporting, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives and timelines • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery • Support business development activities by contributing to proposals, project planning, and solution development

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10+ years' experience in project management within supply chain, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, consulting, or operational transformation environments • Proven experience delivering complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams • Strong understanding of supply chain operations, distribution networks, warehousing, transportation, inventory, or automation solutions • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with senior leaders and executives • Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced client environments • Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving capability • Comfortable working independently while collaborating across geographically dispersed teams.
