📋 Description

• Process invoices accurately and timely • Maintain billing and invoicing records according to company processes and procedures • Manage one or more Tier 1 Billing Methods • Maintain reconciliation records from the traveler, client, and contract • Send invoices weekly or bi-weekly to clients • Communicate with clients, Contract Admin, and ClientServices to resolve invoicing issues • Work with Accounts Receivable to ensure accurate billing and cash posting • Maintain weekly integration of Customer Billing detail from FileMaker into the accounting system • Reconcile and verify the accuracy and completeness of data transmission • Uphold company Core Values

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, required • Degree or certification in job-related field preferred • 1 year of experience in high volume billing and invoice processing • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent attention to detail • Excellent customer service skills • Excellent communication skills and high level of comfort communicating with employees across functional areas • High sense of urgency/proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, and experience
