📋 Description

• Work closely with Retail Onboarding Consultants to support retail customers by collecting inventory and item library exports from their previous POS system • Migrate inventory into Toast and confirm accuracy and cleanliness of the upload with customers • Host Item Library Review meetings with customers • Support newly onboarded customers for their first 30 days with Toast • Work autonomously to achieve monthly activation goals • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver high quality customer interactions.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a role responsible for customer satisfaction and business operations • 2+ years of experience of COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) and inventory analysis in Retail, Food and Beverage, or Hospitality industries • 1+ years experience in a project management or implementation role working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets (Vlookups, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.) • Success operating independently and navigating competing priorities in a constantly changing environment • Skilled in project management tools such as Salesforce, Asana, and Google Workspace, with strong organizational discipline • Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding goals • Excellent communication, organizational, and influencing skills.
