📋 Description

• Manage the full recruitment process for Toast’s GTM functions, predominantly Sales • Deliver on recruiting goals and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and changing business needs • Attract, recruit, and engage top talent • Review substantial inbound application volume in the Applicant Tracking System and identify top-tier candidates quickly • Exercise sound judgment throughout the recruitment process while balancing business needs with candidate experience • Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements, align expectations, and drive decision-making • Build relationships with hiring managers through recruiting syncs, communication, and subject matter expertise • Provide creative solutions and adapt recruitment strategies to market conditions • Deliver diverse talent pipelines and support inclusive recruitment practices • Use recruitment data and metrics to drive efficient, equitable, and impactful searches • Provide customer service to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process • Share ideas, updates, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience with a proven track record of recruiting across GTM functions, preferably Field Sales roles • Demonstrated depth and breadth of experience in high-volume recruiting • Experience partnering with hiring managers to fill roles across various GTM functions • Proficiency in leveraging recruitment data and metrics to impact hiring decisions • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively • Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset • Experience using Greenhouse as an ATS (nonessential) • Experience scheduling with GoodTime (nonessential) • Experience recruiting for sales talent at a SaaS company (nonessential)
