• Serve as the enterprise account leader responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with organizational and brand priorities • Identify opportunities to expand market access, utilization, and portfolio growth within assigned accounts • Drive portfolio performance and support achievement of organizational sales and access objectives • Lead strategic account discussions and coordinate cross-functional execution plans • Build and maintain relationships with executive leadership, clinical stakeholders, pharmacy leadership, and key decision-makers across assigned accounts • Partner with customers to understand clinical, operational, reimbursement, and patient access challenges • Support customer-focused solutions that improve patient access, operational efficiency, and product adoption • Represent Tolmar at customer meetings, industry conferences, and strategic engagements • Collaborate with Sales, Market Access, Marketing, Medical, Trade, Operations, and other internal stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives • Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and reimbursement trends to support business planning and decision-making • Analyze account performance metrics and recommend action plans to optimize business results • Conduct all activities in accordance with company policies, industry regulations, and compliance standards
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred • Minimum 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, specialty pharmacy, hospital, or healthcare account management experience • Experience within urology, oncology, specialty brands, or buy-and-bill environments preferred • Demonstrated success managing complex health systems, IDNs, GPOs, or strategic accounts • Proven track record of driving account growth, customer engagement, and business results • Strong strategic thinking, business planning, and account management capabilities • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills • Understanding of healthcare delivery systems, reimbursement, and market access dynamics • Experience navigating buy-and-bill reimbursement, specialty distribution, and health-system decision pathways preferred • Ability to analyze business data and translate insights into actionable strategies • Strong collaboration, negotiation, and relationship management skills • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
