📋 Description

• Lead and manage multiple strategically focused projects simultaneously • Plan and execute strategic projects with technical leads across MS&T, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality • Adhere to budget, scope, timeline, manufacturing schedule, cGMP, SOP, FDA, EH&S, and DEA requirements • Collaborate with operational functions and manufacturing and packaging CMOs • Manage projects involving operational excellence, lifecycle management, business continuity, performance, process optimization and remediation, and technology transfers • Identify and manage cross-project dependencies, critical items, risks, and issues • Communicate across all organizational levels and engage key stakeholders • Implement project management processes and EPMO methodologies • Maintain high-performing multidisciplinary project teams in a matrix environment • Facilitate and report to Steering Committee meetings • Lead and train teams in new process deployment • Manage complex programs and multiple projects or workstreams • Track milestones, deliverables, workloads, finances, commitments, and expectations • Resolve conflicts and coordinate resource prioritization and scheduling • Identify risks and implement mitigation and resolution plans • Prepare business cases, plans, budgets, and portfolio/project management artifacts • Coordinate management and technical decision-making and governance go/no-go meetings • Monitor project budgets and revise forecasts • Develop and maintain detailed Microsoft Project timelines • Schedule project meetings and maintain agendas and minutes • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or scientific discipline required; Master’s preferred • Eight or more years Project Management experience • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification • AGILE Certifications preferred • Working knowledge of cGMP, GLP, QbD and QA/QC principles and practices • Specialized depth and breadth of expertise in industry, Program Management, and business acumen • Expert knowledge of project management techniques (CPM, Gantt, PERT, etc.) • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Demonstrated problem solving skills • Strong critical thinking and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Ability to identify and manage cross-functional and cross-project impacts • Ability to develop program strategies, integrated program and project plans, budgets, timelines, and tracking/reporting • Ability to work with project and portfolio management software, advanced Microsoft Project, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, and spreadsheet data sources • Ability to work mainly in the Mountain Standard Time (MST) zone
