📋 Description

• Own scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality across SAP Cloud ERP projects • Run projects on SAP Activate from Discover through Run and tailor the roadmap to each customer • Set up and manage projects in SAP Cloud ALM, including tasks, deliverables, requirements, test management, and issue tracking • Use Cloud ALM data for status reporting and provide steering committees with one reliable picture • Manage fit-to-standard, sprint or iteration planning, and quality gates between phases • Lead consultants, technical specialists, and customer key users • Manage change requests, dependencies, and third parties without allowing standard drift • Prepare cutover and hypercare and hand over a run-ready operation • Report honestly to executive sponsors, including when a date is at risk

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years managing SAP implementations, with at least 3 years on SAP Cloud ERP or S/4HANA • Hands-on experience with SAP Activate and SAP Cloud ALM • Track record of delivering on time and on budget in complex, multi-stakeholder programs • Comfort with agile and hybrid delivery • Plain, direct communication with executives and delivery teams • PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Activate certification is a plus
