• Design and deliver case manager and paralegal onboarding covering case management systems, demand package construction, client communication standards, and escalation protocols • Build attorney and pre-litigation attorney onboarding covering case strategy standards, settlement targets, file ownership expectations, and internal systems • Partner with Managing Attorneys and senior attorneys to validate legal content and judgment calls • Provide case manager backup and staff support when not leading a training session • Partner with attorney and case management leadership as subject matter experts while retaining ownership of learning design and delivery • Run ongoing training based on performance signals, quality scores, case velocity, and compliance findings • Build and maintain role-specific assessments and certification checkpoints • Develop training materials, job aids, and quick reference guides for fast-paced, high-volume caseloads • Track ramp time, quality outcomes, and training effectiveness by role • Report training findings to Learning Solutions leadership • Build credibility and trust with tenured staff through case-team fluency
• Experience working within a personal injury law firm or other professional services environment with credentialed staff (attorneys, paralegals, case managers, medical providers, clinicians) • Expertise with Filevine or directly related CRMs such as Salesforce, Clio, or SmartAdvocate, or equivalent systems in another regulated industry • Ability to build training for both process-heavy roles and judgment-heavy roles, or a clear point of view on approaching both • Strong instructional design skills, including needs analysis, curriculum design, assessment design, and measurement of training effectiveness • Comfort partnering with senior subject matter experts, including attorneys and Managing Attorneys • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to simplify complex material for mixed-tenure, mixed-background audiences • Ability to manage multiple concurrent training builds in a high-volume, fast-changing environment • Preferred: 2+ years designing and delivering training in a fast-paced, production-driven personal injury legal environment • Preferred experience in compliance, insurance, financial services, healthcare operations, or similar regulated or high-volume settings • Preferred experience building certification or competency checkpoints tied to measurable performance outcomes • Preferred background in fast-evolving start-up, still-maturing organizational structures
