📋 Description

• Own and lead all aspects of an established agile team, including backlog grooming, triage, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination • Translate AI platform capabilities into customer-facing, talent-facing, and internal product experiences • Define the scope of new product features and ongoing feature improvements • Write and prioritize user stories and define acceptance criteria • Build credibility with internal and external partners • Use data, analytics, and user research to inform product direction • Track progress, assess risks, coordinate delivery, and communicate contingency and mitigation plans • Conduct ad-hoc research and business analyses to assess opportunities and risks • Identify and solve complex product challenges aligned with short-term and long-term strategic initiatives • Apply system-analyst techniques, including consulting users to determine hardware, software, or systems functional specifications • Organize and prioritize the roadmap and backlog with Product Managers • Collaborate closely with the development team and take over in-flight and planned initiatives • Own a product category, complete quarterly planning, and set objectives • Launch high-impact features and measure initiative success against company goals • Improve team processes and develop a repeatable roadmap delivery model • Discover product opportunities and refine the roadmap, backlog, and processes • Deliver roadmap priorities and scale the team to meet business and user needs • Attend scheduled virtual team meetings on camera and work independently with minimal supervision

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in a technical discipline • At least 5 years of proven software product management experience • Proven ability to lead products end-to-end from discovery and zero-to-one development through launch, iteration, and scale • Knowledge of AI product development processes • Experience designing and launching AI-powered product features with measurable business outcomes • Experience building intelligent workflows by connecting systems and automation tools • Comfortable working with SQL or spreadsheets to analyze data • Experience conducting research with internal and external users • Strong expertise using data and methodologies to gather and synthesize information • Ability to build wireframes and mockups • High quality standards when writing user stories, reviewing designs, brainstorming technical approaches, and testing features • Experience using agile development methodologies with globally distributed teams • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company and manage varied challenges and deadlines • Must reside in-market • Must be authorized to work in the US at the time of hire • Resumes and communication must be submitted in English • Regularly and reliably attend scheduled virtual team meetings on camera • Work independently with minimal supervision • Use required digital collaboration tools • Prioritize and self-manage workflows and deadlines
