📋 Description

• Own and evolve Toybox's product experience across every touchpoint • Design growth and retention features for the Toybox platform • Partner with engineering to design and build new features and user flows • Develop empathy for users and create simple, elegant solutions across web and mobile platforms • Incorporate data-driven insights, user feedback, and technical constraints into user-centric designs • Balance attention to detail with the broader product vision • Influence user flows and product direction from onboarding through core platform features

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience leading UX/UI product design work end-to-end • Fluency in best practices for mobile and desktop design • Working knowledge of usability principles and techniques • Novel approach to problem solving for a first-of-its-kind product and platform • Experience or interest in 3D printing (bonus) • Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail (bonus) • Great communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills (bonus) • Ability to work gracefully in a fast-paced environment (bonus) • Prior experience in designing and launching consumer products (bonus) • Experience with the kumquat design studio (bonus)
