📋 Description

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans aligned with the Statement of Work • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful solutions • Serve as the primary client contact for the engagement • Collaborate to address business or technical project issues • Proactively manage risks and resolve issues • Track project costs and manage financial health, client satisfaction, and profitability • Facilitate project deliverables and obtain required approvals • Ensure projects meet solution, budget, schedule, and quality objectives • Manage vendors or contractors when applicable • Maintain project information in ERP, PSA, and CRM systems • Manage multiple projects across one or multiple clients and technology areas • Build relationships with engineers, sales, operations, customers, and other internal resources

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in project management or related education; prior technology project management preferred • Project management certifications preferred, such as CSM or PMP • Consulting, contracting, or VAR experience preferred • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills • Ability to balance multiple clients, projects, and resources • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills • Ability to communicate across multiple management levels, including Director and above • Excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to collaborate with diverse personalities and resources • Experience managing projects spanning technology areas or multiple technologies preferred, including Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, and Collaboration • Experience with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Experience with Agile or multiple project management frameworks preferred
