📋 Description

• Manage multiple projects through planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery • Lead analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of projects • Analyze, measure, and monitor project performance using metrics and communicate status reports • Collaborate with departments, analysts, development teams, external vendors, and leadership to define scope, goals, timelines, resources, status, and deliverables • Facilitate stakeholder communication and guide project direction • Design new projects and programs by evaluating business processes and executing improvement plans • Maintain project documentation, record challenges and issues, and track deliverables • Manage medium-scale projects across the standard project lifecycle • Manage business cases, requirements reviews, gap analyses, feasibility studies, and solution reviews • Perform change, issue, and risk management • Coach and mentor others and make project-related decisions • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field • In lieu of a degree, five years of non-clerical, relevant experience will be considered • Minimum five years of project management experience leading medium to large projects with multiple key stakeholders • Alternatively, an applicable master’s degree in a related field with minimum three years of experience • Advanced experience with project management software • Knowledge of project management methodologies • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe • Strong organizational and analytical skills • Ability to set, execute, and follow through on deadlines and deliverables • Superior communication skills and diplomatic rapport • Ability to lead and work with cross-functional teams and work independently • Ability to manage change • Ability to present in a formal business setting • PMP certification preferred • Ability to maintain security and confidentiality of records and information • Compliance with segregation of duties guidelines
