📋 Description

• Lead complex, enterprise-level client implementations and internal initiatives from concept through go-live • Own implementation delivery on scope, on time, and to defined quality standards • Serve as strategic point of contact for clients across the project lifecycle • Run discovery and alignment sessions covering scope, business outcomes, success metrics, and risk • Translate business objectives into delivery roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes • Guide trade-off decisions involving timelines, resourcing, and long-term scalability • Direct cross-functional work across Project Managers, Business Analysts, Solutions Architects, and Engineering Leads • Lead discussions on data migration readiness, timeline impacts, and cross-team dependencies • Identify delivery risks early, build mitigation plans, and manage escalations • Guide UAT planning, rollout plans, client training strategies, and adoption success • Build delivery processes and PMO infrastructure where they do not yet exist • Report to the VP of Project Management Office

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • PMP certification • Substantial experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations, digital transformation, or large-scale technology deployments for external clients • Experience must involve software delivery, not only internal programs • Ability to collaborate with and influence C-level and executive stakeholders • Strong skills in risk management, scope control, financial oversight, and strategic project planning • Proven leadership and mentorship of project teams or junior PMs • Experience delivering where delivery infrastructure did not yet exist • Ability to build and redesign processes and delivery playbooks • Successful completion of a background check, including criminal, prior employment, and education verification
