📋 Description

• Lead and manage multiple technical projects from initiation to completion • Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies • Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date • Manage technical aspects involving networking, on-premise infrastructure, and cloud infrastructure • Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle • Build and maintain strong client relationships and address concerns promptly • Deliver high-quality project outcomes and exceed client expectations • Lead and mentor project teams and foster collaboration and continuous improvement • Provide team members with guidance, resources, and training • Maintain team engagement and morale • Develop and execute project strategies aligned with organizational goals and client needs • Analyze project performance and market trends to guide strategy and continuous improvement • Align project strategies with company growth objectives and client satisfaction goals

🎯 Requirements

• Deep knowledge of MSP market dynamics, project management methodologies, and emerging trends • Exceptional ability to develop long-term project strategies aligned with organizational goals • Proven track record leading, mentoring, and developing project teams • Strong competency in data analytics for project strategy and improvement • Ability to drive innovation in project management processes and offerings • Experience with project management tools and methodologies • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting software • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks, preferably ITIL • 5+ years of hands-on IT or MSP-related experience • 2+ years of practical project management experience • Six Sigma Green or Black Belt, PMP, or technical certifications and experience highly desirable • Knowledge of AWS, Azure, O365, virtualization, and other technologies is a major bonus • Experience with M&A integrations is a bonus • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8 AM–5 PM • Minimal travel to client offices, industry events, and company locations may be required
