• Contribute to the overall partnership program strategy and drive its vision and mission • Lead lifecycle management of drug development and commercialization within the partnership program • Provide leadership for global product development strategies • Establish processes for team management and communication • Drive strategic team decision-making and delivery of team goals and objectives • Lead process improvement initiatives and optimize team efficiency, quality, and performance • Support onboarding and high-quality execution of external partner projects on the Clinical SuperHighway • Develop, validate, and maintain project plans and schedules • Lead team planning sessions, develop team charters, define project scope, and ensure global cross-functional alignment • Support partnership program leadership in developing goals and operational KPIs • Plan, track, and manage milestones, goals, KPIs, budgets, dependencies, and critical paths • Implement project and risk management practices • Liaise with internal and external collaborators to deliver high-quality work products and presentations • Provide alliance management for drug development partners and ensure smooth external collaboration • Consult with the Advisory Committee and incorporate relevant ideas into strategy and execution • Track project status, goals, operational KPIs, and quality KPIs • Ensure appropriate systems and technologies are deployed and interfaced with Global R&D • Organize and facilitate core team meetings to drive discussion, alignment, and decision-making • Monitor competitors’ movements and market intelligence and translate insights into strategies • Participate in company-wide standards discussion, finalization, and implementation • Manage the partnership program governance process • Perform other duties as assigned
• Master’s degree with 10+ years’ experience in drug development or commercial roles within academia, consulting, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry • Solid knowledge and expertise managing scaled and complex global portfolios and programs • Understanding of worldwide clinical trial expertise and best practices • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain positive work relationships across the organization • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite • Fluent in written and verbal English • Proven ability to make sound judgment and decisions • Ability to quickly assess problems and situations and provide effective resolutions or solutions • Detail-oriented while maintaining the big-picture perspective • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, up to 20% • Experience in Oncology/Hematology drug development preferred • PMP certification a plus • 5+ years in leadership roles in a multicultural and international global portfolio environment a plus • No direct reports; individual contributor role
