📋 Description

• Own and optimize CRM infrastructure for sales, marketing, and customer success teams. • Responsible for data integrity, automation workflows, reporting, and integrations. • Build scalable and automated workflows, enhancing lead management strategies. • Provide insights through HubSpot’s reporting tools. • Work cross-functionally to align HubSpot infrastructure with business objectives and drive data-driven decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of prior experience in Hubspot CRM management. • Technical knowledge of HubSpot’s API and experience programming custom integrations and workflows using it • Experience setting up and using webhooks to trigger external actions based on HubSpot events. • Familiarity with HubSpot's Workflow and CRM tools, including custom properties and data management • Effective communication skills to interact with different teams. • Ability to articulate marketing and sales strategies clearly and analyze relevant data and metrics. • Ability to create and execute efficient processes within the HubSpot tool, optimizing workflows. • Aligns with our mission and values of Tractian
