📋 Description

• Assist the Project Manager in ensuring projects are completed to the company and customer’s standards • Oversee field activities for Engineered Solutions contracting projects • Coordinate and oversee job site logistics, daily work activities, customer interactions, and subcontractor progress • Direct and organize onsite construction crews to meet project milestones and quality standards • Provide installation guidance and training, including playbook review, pictures, and quality expectations • Investigate customer concerns, implement corrective action, and communicate with stakeholders • Review drawings, scope, schedules, and critical milestones; provide feedback and identify risks • Troubleshoot technical problems and guide corrective actions • Identify, correct, and document installation deficiencies • Maintain onsite safety standards through site safety plan execution • Communicate project status, critical conversations, onsite decisions, and punch list items through daily logs • Perform equipment startup and commissioning for new projects • Supervise third-party validation contractors • Execute selected projects, including financial management, administration, implementation, and customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree or Accredited Apprenticeship in an Engineering Technology such as Refrigeration, HVAC, or Electrical, with 5 years’ construction industry experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 10 years’ experience in construction industry, commercial/industrial refrigeration • Proficient at reading plans and specifications • Familiarity with project schedules, budgets, and safety procedures • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Projects) and SharePoint • Travel expectations of 75%
