📋 Description
• Handle high call volumes and communicate professionally with patients, provider offices, and insurance companies. • Schedule and pre-register outpatient procedures. • Obtain and verify insurance, demographic, and clinical information. • Follow compliance and authorization requirements. • Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.
🎯 Requirements
• High School diploma or GED. • 3+ years of medical office experience. • Knowledge of radiology procedures, insurance, scheduling, and medical terminology. • Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills. • Proven ability to navigate between multiple software systems, experience with Microsoft Excel and Word. • Experience with remote work.
