📋 Description

• Serve as the direct point of contact for an energy provider, assisting customers with questions about energy-related topics • Conduct daily phone calls and resolve customer inquiries related to their energy services and future energy solutions • Act as the first point of contact for questions about supply, billing, or advance payments • Support customers using the customer portal, including login issues and password resets • Advise customers on energy services such as wallboxes (EV charging stations), photovoltaic systems, and e-mobility • Guide customers through the website • Use SAP IS-U and internal software to accurately process customer inquiries

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service (call center) • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a project for an energy service provider • Availability to start on August 24, 2026 • Flexibility to work within service hours, Monday to Friday, 07:30–18:00 • Excellent German language skills, spoken and written • Confident communication style • Friendly, empathetic telephone manner
