📋 Description
• Design and lead development of the native Rust backend • Integrate and manage real-time messaging infrastructure using WebSockets • Oversee the Solana-based OleX token including smart contract development • Build the backend framework for AI-powered features • Ensure security, scalability, and performance across all systems • Partner with the CEO and broader team
🎯 Requirements
• 7-10+ years as a CTO • Strong background in Rust • Experience launching or scaling token-based platforms • Ability to mentor and develop junior engineers • Experience with remote teams across multiple time zones • Ideally has access to capital
