📋 Description

• Become a subject matter expert in Treace Medical’s products and procedures • Support surgeons and operating room teams for optimal patient outcomes • Build and maintain new customer relationships • Follow up on company-generated leads and drive customer conversion • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance product design and improve user satisfaction • Plan, coordinate, and execute product training for surgeons in didactic and hands-on (cadaveric) settings • Maintain strong links with key accounts to further sales, expand market development, and ensure service continuity

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree • At least 2 years of successful field sales experience • Ability to travel locally (up to 90%) and overnight (up to 20%) • Experience supporting surgeons in operating room environments • Hospital credentialing readiness • Capability to manage emergency support scenarios • Valid driver’s license • Current vehicle insurance
