📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and scaling of a product suite that enables learners to earn academic credit for prior competencies. • Build and manage the operating budget and P&L for the company, with accountability for financial sustainability. • Define and own the company's strategic plan, including go-to-market strategy, competitive positioning, and growth milestones. • Develop and execute an earned revenue strategy for the product suite.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, higher education administration, nonprofit management, or related field. • 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in higher education, workforce development, or education-technology settings. • Demonstrated experience developing and launching a product, program, or initiative from early stage to scale. • Experience developing and executing earned revenue or fee-for-service business models in an education, nonprofit, or workforce context. • Established relationships with, or credibility among, institutional academic leaders, including registrars, provosts, and transfer offices.
