📋 Description

• Develop and own client content marketing strategy • Oversee content execution across formats • Track performance and optimize programs • Integrate content across channels • Collaborate across teams to support client success • Leverage AI and emerging technologies thoughtfully

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, editorial, or a related field • Demonstrated experience developing and managing content programs that drive measurable business results • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt voice and messaging across clients, industries, and formats • Experience creating or overseeing content across formats including web, long-form, social, email, video scripts, and thought leadership • Ability to translate business objectives into editorial strategy with clear content pillars, distribution plans, and KPIs • Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to evaluate content performance and inform strategic decisions • Familiarity with SEO/AEO principles and how content integrates with broader digital marketing channels • Experience working in an agency environment and managing multiple client brands simultaneously • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present strategy confidently to clients and collaborate across teams • Healthcare and/or regulated industry experience is a plus • Familiarity with AI-powered content and research tools is a plus • A strategic mindset, intellectual curiosity, and genuine passion for content as a growth channel
