📋 Description

• Take ownership of active government requisitions • Aggressively source qualified candidates • Conduct cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking • Build and maintain a candidate pipeline • Screen and qualify candidates • Submit qualified candidates quickly • Follow candidates through the hiring process • Work directly with TrHN recruiting and business development leadership • Document candidate activity and communications in Greenhouse ATS/CRM • Consistently work active requisitions until they are filled • Recruit attorneys, legal professionals, physicians, advanced practice providers, and other professionals for government contract opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced 1099 recruiter • Proven recruiting experience • Ability to find difficult-to-reach candidates • Willingness to make cold calls • Ability to work independently without constant supervision • Ability to move quickly when a strong candidate is identified • Understanding of the importance of candidate follow-up • Motivation by commission and results • Desire to build a long-term book of business and candidate network • Government recruiting experience strongly preferred • Existing relationships with attorneys, legal professionals, government contractors, or professional candidates are a major plus • Recruiters outside the USA must sign a W-8BEN
