📋 Description

• Proactively contact customers who abandoned their carts to re-engage them and complete purchases • Help pet owners understand the appropriate products for their dogs • Answer customer questions and remove purchase uncertainty • Convert warm leads into completed sales by building trust, addressing objections, and reinforcing product value • Transform near-buyers into loyal, repeat customers • Work with dedicated leaders and use training resources to improve conversion and customer connection • Operate within sales operations while earning uncapped commission • Work from home using communication tools and platforms • Help improve pet health outcomes by recovering lost sales opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Abandoned cart recovery experience is a plus but not required • Highly driven, self-starting, and motivated by growth and conversion opportunities • Strong interest, background, or passion for health and wellness, especially pets • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to build trust quickly • Comfortable engaging warm leads and guiding conversations toward purchasing decisions • Ability to work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, starting at 8 AM CST • Reliable internet and equipment • Fast, reliable laptop or desktop computer with working microphone, camera, and headset • Computer capable of running Salesforce, Zoom, and other systems simultaneously • Ethernet connection strongly preferred • Dedicated internet bandwidth of at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload • Internet latency under approximately 150ms, jitter under approximately 30ms, and packet loss under approximately 1%
