📋 Description

• Complete paid training and insurance licensing • Guide engaged users through the insurance purchasing process • Help customers compare more than 55 insurance companies and find an option fitting their budget • Listen to customer concerns and provide solutions • Help customers finalize new insurance policies • Sell to engaged users who have already started their insurance search in the Jerry app • Deliver an exceptional, service-oriented customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Retail or service background, such as Apple Store, Chick-fil-A, Trader Joe’s, or Costco • Strong customer service and hospitality orientation • Ability to make customers feel welcome and cared for • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment • Ability to handle several things at once while maintaining a friendly approach • Must pass the insurance licensing exam to legally sell insurance • Must currently reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for this full-time hourly role
