📋 Description

• Respond to verbal and written internal or external customer inquiries within policy and procedure timelines • Follow policies and procedures to maintain workflow standards • Audit department functions for compliance with policies, procedures, contracts, and government regulations • Resolve claims issues related to practitioner or group enrollment • Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities • Collaborate with legal, compliance, tax, and other departments to maintain certifications, licenses, and documents required for government and third-party payor credentialing and enrollment • Address problems as they occur and advise the manager of concerns or compliance issues • Complete reports according to schedule • Participate in requested projects • Complete enrollment and related applications • Provide staff support as requested • Perform other assigned duties supporting organizational goals
