📋 Description

• Function as a Competitive Integrated Employment (CIE) referral specialist for families and individuals with I/DD • Provide linkages to available employment-related services • Educate members to make informed choices • Ensure employment assessments are conducted with the proper tools • Assist members in applying for supporting services • Conduct community outreach • Maintain working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Accreditation requirements • Assist with organizational compliance and state allocation requirements • Review Employment Assessment & Career Development Plans for accuracy and state standards • Follow up with providers regarding employment assessments • Collaborate with providers regarding services and supports • Ensure providers submit data for required state reporting • Collect Proof of Employment forms and supporting documentation, including paystubs and Employment Verification Letters • Track and monitor completion of required documentation by providers and members • Travel within the catchment as required

🎯 Requirements

• Must meet Qualified Professional (QP) status • Must be fully licensed by the NC governing board regulating Human Services professions; OR be a fully licensed RN licensed to practice in North Carolina by the NC Board of Nursing • Fully licensed RN pathway requires four years of full-time experience with the MH/DD/SA population served • Master's degree in a human service field plus one year of full-time pre- or post-graduate MH/DD/SA experience, or one year of supervised alcoholism and drug abuse counseling experience • Bachelor's degree in a human service field plus two years of full-time pre- or post-bachelor's MH/DD/SA experience, or two years of supervised alcoholism and drug abuse counseling experience • Bachelor's degree in a non-human-services field plus four years of full-time pre- or post-bachelor's MH/DD/SA experience, or four years of supervised alcoholism and drug abuse counseling experience • Must have a valid driver's license • Must reside within Trillium's Southern or South Central Region: Carteret, Craven, Duplin, Jones, Lenoir, Onslow, Pender, Sampson, Wayne, Bladen, Brunswick, Columbus, Hoke, Lee, Moore, New Hanover, Robeson, or Scotland counties • Must be able to travel within the catchment as required • All candidates must pass a drug test as a condition of employment • Resume must include employer names, dates of service, average hours worked per week, essential job duties, education details, and licensure/certification information if applicable • Motivational interviewing training/experience preferred
