📋 Description

• Report to the Sales Director • Provide specialized support to National Accounts Coordinators and Sales Representatives in managing national accounts • Respond to customer inquiries and requests • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on national account activities • Generate accurate quotes, review vendor quotes, and assist with negotiating discounts when applicable • Assist with timely and accurate order entry while following customer requirements and deadlines • Coordinate logistics for shipments, deliveries, and equipment installations with vendors, carriers, installers, and customers • Use third-party facility management software to track and manage orders, shipments, and installations • Address and resolve customer equipment issues, escalating complex issues as needed • Provide prompt and professional customer support • Maintain and analyze data related to quotes, orders, and installations • Identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities • Prepare regular reports and updates for coordinators and management

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma, or equivalent military or practical experience • 2–4 years of experience in the foodservice, hospitality, or restaurant industry • Exposure to national accounts coordination or a similar role • CFSP Test completion within the first 3 years of employment; CFSP Certification preferred • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service, manage logistics, and support national account activities • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word • Ability to learn and use database and quoting software • Understanding of foodservice equipment, industry standards, and best practices • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, verbal communication, and written communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively with coordinators, sales representatives, and cross-functional teams • Ability to successfully pass a background check after offer acceptance
