• Receive, log, and organize compliance-related records and documentation • Process internal and external records requests and coordinate retrieval with vendors and staff • Maintain secure storage and tracking of records in accordance with retention requirements • Respond to routine inquiries regarding records, confidentiality, and documentation processes • Assist with scheduling, agendas, and materials for compliance-related meetings • Support compliance operations by managing records, processing requests, and maintaining documentation • Coordinate documentation activities to ensure secure handling of information and compliance with regulatory requirements
• High school diploma or GED and one (1) year of experience in medical records; OR equivalent combination of education and experience • Must have a valid driver’s license • Must reside within North Carolina • Must be able to travel within catchment as required • Preferred: Experience with assisting in organizing confidential information • All candidates must pass a drug test as a condition of employment
