📋 Description

• Monitor, track, and process expenditures related to SOC SAMHSA Collaborative Project • Support financial oversight activities to ensure compliance with federal, state, and internal fiscal guidelines • Navigate internal financial and procurement systems to support purchases and project activities • Serve as the primary liaison between the Division of Child and Family Well Being (DCFW) and Trillium regarding project activities • Prepare, review, and submit all required financial reports in accordance with DHHS and SAMHSA NOA requirements • Serve as a liaison between Trillium services lines to ensure timeliness of payment to vendors, issues with orders or other needed matters • Purchase/order items for all SOC Grant Funded Community Collaborative Projects tied to the Grant • Communicate with SOC Managers, SOC Senior Manager regarding issues with securing required information, requests from SOC staff

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and six (6) years of experience in Health or Human Services, Social Services, or Business field, coordinating projects and/or facilitating stakeholder engagement; OR • Associate's degree and four (4) years of experience in Health or Human Services, Social Services, or Business field, coordinating projects and/or facilitating stakeholder engagement; OR • Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience in Health or Human Services, Social Services, or Business field, coordinating projects and/or facilitating stakeholder engagement; OR • Equivalent combination of education and experience. • Must have a valid driver’s license. • Must reside within Trillium’s Catchment of North Carolina.
