📋 Description

• Analyze healthcare informatics operations, EHR workflows, user feedback, and recurring support or training gaps to identify improvements • Embed with Tier 1 SMEs and coordinate site-specific user-support and refresher-training requests with local contacts and training stakeholders • Collect, validate, and analyze qualitative and quantitative support, adoption, and program data • Develop concise metrics, reports, and status updates • Identify recurring user issues and recommend training, coaching, job aids, communications, or workflow improvements • Advise SMEs and training owners on revisions to FAQs, job aids, training materials, and user guidance • Support EHR Go-Live and Post Go-Live activities through issue tracking, program coordination, adoption monitoring, and process analysis • Track activities, milestones, risks, and outcomes • Evaluate support interventions and communicate recommendations to stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Healthcare/Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field • At least 5 years of relevant program, business, operations, or healthcare informatics analysis experience • Relevant clinical informatics experience in a Veterans Administration healthcare setting • Experience evaluating operations or programs using qualitative and quantitative methods • Experience analyzing data and developing metrics, reports, and decision-support materials • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills • Ability to meet Federal/VA security, privacy, and information-security requirements • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance • Ability to travel as needed • Landline or cellphone number backed by a physical SIM for phone interviews; VOIP numbers cannot be used
