📋 Description

• Orchestrate and support high-impact global leadership meetings, offsites, and department-wide events across multiple international time zones • Spearhead global marketing onboarding and learning operations with centralized tools, resources, and best practices • Drive strategic internal communications by coordinating executive updates, newsletters, and centralized organizational repositories • Partner across Finance, Procurement, and Legal to optimize operational workflows, vendor tracking, and budget monitoring • Directly support the Chief of Staff and Marketing Leadership Team • Streamline cross-functional communications and global enablement • Support high-impact initiatives and global onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in program coordination, leadership support, or business operations within a global setting • Exceptional cross-functional communication, organizational, and project management capabilities • Demonstrated ability to bring order to complex processes and manage multiple priorities effectively • Strong operational problem-solving capabilities with experience managing central information repositories or trackers • Prior experience supporting a Chief of Staff or executive marketing leadership team • Experience partnering with Learning & Development or internal communications teams • Familiarity with vendor management processes, budget tracking, or T&E monitoring workflows • Willingness to travel 10%
