📋 Description

• Develops and may lead application development and underlying frameworks • Collaborates on and may lead application designs • Leads, implements, tests, and delivers new features for multiple platforms • Coordinates with QA to initiate and complete testing • Designs framework and software standards and recommends system/software improvements • Evaluates and improves application development processes • Plans upgrades, migrations, optimizations, and new implementations • Identifies and resolves efficiency issues • Writes and reviews scripts, templates, interfaces, utility applications, test plans, and documentation • Develops, tests, troubleshoots, and documents new and enhanced systems • Provides Level 3 support and troubleshoots systems problems • Recommends capacity planning, recovery, and security standards and best practices • Oversees others' work to ensure code quality • Communicates status, issues, and decisions to management and technology leadership • Leads partner meetings to gain alignment • Provides guidance to less experienced team members • Creates and delivers presentations and communications to peers • Performs all other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software coding and development • In-depth knowledge of SQL, modeling and DB, databases, application servers, caching technologies, agile methodologies, application design, and testing • Application design • Application maintenance • Implementation • Programming • System testing • System development life cycle • Conceptual thinking • Collaboration • Associate degree or equivalent experience • Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in MIS, computer science, or related fields
