📋 Description

• Capture, analyze, and report data to help Trinity Health leadership achieve operational efficiency • Audit department information, produce reports, and suggest process improvements • Research, collect, compile, synthesize, and analyze operational information • Identify opportunities, develop solutions, and lead issues through resolution • Collaborate on performance improvement activities based on program efficiency and patient experience outcomes • Distribute analytical reports • Use multiple system applications to perform analysis, create reports, and develop educational materials • Research and compile information for ad-hoc operational projects and initiatives • Create detailed summaries and graphical data presentations showing trends and recommending practical solutions • Leverage program and operational data to define and demonstrate progress, ROI, and impacts • Support sourcing and procurement operations by obtaining and managing vendor quotes and maintaining vendor records in PeopleSoft • Verify pricing accuracy and validate on-contract versus off-contract purchases • Review and approve Capital Expenditure Requests through Microsoft Teams or another designated method • Develop and maintain performance reporting dashboards using Tableau or similar software • Manage HPG contracts in Icertis, including contract lifecycle activities and coordination of contract build sheets • Lead CRT form reviews and submit Capital CRTs to Finance • Support Capital sourcing events and manage end-to-end contract signature processes • Lead select contract and S2 extensions and coordinate Technology and Security Assessment submissions • Calculate and document savings across multiple Capital categories • Serve as a contact for RHM management-team members regarding Capital purchasing and sourcing issues • Investigate ministry-related issues involving Capital contracts • Work with Supply Chain verticals to optimize Trinity Health–supplier relationships • Provide cross-functional coverage for sourcing specialists in purchase order processing • Manage and implement small-scale projects, programs, initiatives, workflows, and service delivery plans • Perform other assigned duties to meet organizational needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with major course work in business or supply chain management; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience • 3+ years of sourcing experience, which may include data analytics, procurement practices and/or vendor relationships in a large, multi-level, geographically dispersed organization • Comprehensive knowledge and skills in advanced data analytics and procurement practices • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills • Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar applications • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Proficiency in data visualization, statistical analysis, and business intelligence tools • Knowledge of information access and use, preparation of specifications, and analysis of bids and contracts • Ability to create and maintain accurate records and reports • Ability to identify, investigate, analyze, and resolve complex issues • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving, customer service, interpersonal, organizational, prioritization, multitasking, and coordination skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a large, multi-level, geographically dispersed organization • Ability to establish productive relationships with stakeholders and external suppliers • Ability to maintain honesty, integrity, and professionalism • Healthcare experience in clinical areas and/or supply chain is nice to have • Ability to use a computer and other technology • Ability to maintain a safe working environment and use available PPE
