📋 Description

• Serve as an advisor and liaison for strategy implementation, operations, projects, programs, and service delivery outcomes • Plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate programs and strategic initiatives • Provide consultative support to Trinity Health functional-area leadership • Lead, direct, and oversee workstreams • Develop, implement, and manage processes, policies, and procedures • Provide technical support for business operations, issue resolution, and recommended actions • Provide escalated support, guidance, and training on new and existing technologies and applications • Identify organizational improvements and develop systems and training to implement changes • Manage and implement small- to medium-scale projects, programs, and initiatives • Develop production, communications, service-delivery plans, and workflows • Conduct informational training sessions • Research, compile, synthesize, and analyze data; prepare summaries, visualizations, trends, ROI, and recommendations • Develop and monitor data-analysis, reporting, and communication systems • Configure, administer, and support Workday Help and Workday Journeys • Design and update workflows, manage content, and tailor user experiences • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve access and technical issues with TIS, Workday support teams, and vendors • Create and execute testing scenarios, scripts, UAT coordination, defect tracking, and release validation • Develop visualizations and demonstrations and support change-management activities • Support or represent HR Shared Services on technology projects as a subject-matter expert • Maintain centralized technical-issue logs and coordinate resolution • Support project planning, status tracking, and follow-ups • Contribute to the HR Shared Services technology roadmap and recommend enhancements and investments • Collaborate with HR leadership, process owners, TIS, implementation partners, and vendors • Participate in design discussions, planning sessions, and testing cycles • Serve as a communication bridge across stakeholders • Participate in privilege-access approval and monitoring • Research best practices and identify operational improvement opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, HRIS Systems, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field, OR equivalent combination of education and experience • 5–7 years of experience supporting HR systems or enterprise technology in a shared services or complex organizational environment • Experience owning end-to-end design processes, anticipating interdependencies, coordinating deliverables, and meeting timelines • Ability to consult and collaborate with all levels of an organization to develop solutions • Experience with system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting, preferably in Workday Help, Workday Journeys, or similar platforms • Experience participating in or supporting technology projects, including issue tracking and stakeholder coordination • Workday certification is a nice-to-have qualification • Working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, Trinity Health compliance programs, code of conduct, policies, procedures, and guidelines • Ability to follow complex tasks through completion and manage concurrent tasks/projects • Ability to use computers and other technology • Ability to maintain a safe working environment and use PPE • Ability to provide emergency assistance when required • Ability to lift a maximum of 30 pounds unassisted occasionally
