📋 Description

• Provide direction, guidance, and definition of enterprise-wide architecture supporting corporate business strategy • Research, analyze, design, propose, and deliver solutions aligned with business and technology strategies across multiple IT functional areas • Develop policies, standards, guidelines, and governance for the selection, development, implementation, and use of information technology • Facilitate backend hardware forecasting for mission-critical systems • Direct enterprise solution architecture for initiatives by assessing current and future states, identifying gaps, and creating implementation models • Develop and document enterprise standards, guiding principles, designs, roadmaps, plans, and position papers • Research IT industry and market trends and assess their impact on enterprise operations and project needs • Analyze business and IT environments to identify deficiencies and provide improvement options • Design, develop, and manage backend hardware forecasting processes • Consult on application and infrastructure projects to align them with enterprise architecture • Perform enterprise architecture reviews for IT Service Lifecycle Management • Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, Trinity Health policies, and its Code of Conduct • Communicate with people across locations regarding product support issues • Travel to Trinity Health sites and complete project or training assignments as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Five to seven years of progressive experience with comprehensive knowledge of hardware, software, applications, and systems engineering • Experience in at least two IT disciplines, such as strategic planning, solution architecture, technology architecture, network management, security management, change management, application development, middleware design, information analysis, database management, project management, or operations management • At least five years of experience in the health care industry • Two years of experience in enterprise solution architecture in one or more IT specialty areas • Advanced to expert technical knowledge of architecture, applications, systems design, and integration • Knowledge of healthcare processes and data linkages across clinical, financial, and patient administrative areas in acute care and outpatient settings • Knowledge of multiple components of enterprise architecture • Knowledge of business re-engineering principles and processes • Basic knowledge of financial analysis and models • Proficient analytical, critical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Proficient innovation, planning, and organization skills • Proficient written and verbal communication skills • Ability to communicate complex technology concepts to executive management • Proficient interpersonal, teamwork, collaboration, facilitation, negotiation, emotional intelligence, conflict-management, and shared-leadership skills • Ability to adapt to changing assignments, priorities, interruptions, deadlines, and multiple concurrent projects • Ability to travel to various Trinity Health sites, approximately 20% as needed • Ability to work overtime when required to meet deadlines
