📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and update job requisitions in Trio with accurate job details • Manage the name-clear process and prevent duplicate submissions • Prepare and submit candidate presentations to clients • Review and process candidate submissions for open positions • Serve as a key contact for agency partners regarding openings, submission status, and client feedback • Follow up with agencies and candidates regarding interviews, acceptance, and next steps • Coordinate and schedule client-candidate interviews • Assist with candidate offers and assignment confirmations • Generate, distribute, and update Assignment Confirmations and confirmation letters • Add, remove, or cancel shifts and manage schedules and coverage dates • Track and verify timesheets for billing and payment processing • Maintain accurate order entry, candidate records, documentation, and data integrity • Monitor open dates, job statuses, and workflow timelines • Participate in client and agency partnership calls as needed • Support the Relationship Manager with updates, process issues, and client responsibilities • Provide administrative support across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required • Bachelor's degree in any field preferred • Strong customer service orientation and professional communication skills • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly • Ability to work independently, maintain focus, and meet productivity expectations • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database/ATS systems • Relevant healthcare staffing or workforce solutions experience preferred • Experience with Trio or similar staffing systems preferred • Experience supporting hospital-based supplemental staffing preferred • Physical and mental abilities necessary to perform essential functions, with or without reasonable accommodation
