📋 Description

• Drive sales in the assigned territory • Engage customers face to face and virtually • Develop and implement business and territory call plans • Identify and implement live and virtual customer engagement strategies • Build rapport and relationships with customers in live and virtual environments • Use digital tools to maintain effective customer engagement • Leverage internal reports and analytics to identify, develop, and implement strategic business opportunities • Educate providers on unbranded and branded product value propositions using product and disease state knowledge • Utilize approved clinically oriented disease state information and patient resources • Collaborate compliantly across the organization to address customer inquiries and advance Pfizer objectives • Complete administrative expectations on time and compliantly

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree; or associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience; or high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience • Minimum 2 years of experience in professional sales or promotional activity, small business ownership or other entrepreneurial experience, marketing, customer service and/or account management, relevant healthcare/scientific roles, education, or full-time military experience • Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory • Valid US driver’s license and driving record compliant with company standards • Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify the candidate • At least 1 year of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales and/or medical-related marketing experience preferred • Strong track record of sales or marketing success preferred • Strong territory management skills preferred • Outstanding communication skills preferred • Demonstrated teamwork, leadership ability, and accountability preferred • Experience with applicable disease states, therapeutic area, and products preferred • Knowledge of posted territory customers and markets preferred • Reside within the territory boundaries preferred • Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer • Permanent work authorization in the United States required • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
