📋 Description

• Assist with the customer experience throughout the installation job life cycle • Perform technical measures, assess pre-existing conditions, and conduct product affirmations • Conduct Job Site Inspections to review work quality, perform service provider badging checks, and meet with customers • Ensure installations follow industry construction standards and meet or exceed customer expectations • Resolve customer complaints, open services, Care Tickets, jobs-on-hold, and job-in-process issues • Manage scope-of-work changes, add-labor items, material needs, and change-of-scope requests • Work with service providers to resolve issues and approve or escalate project changes • Maintain regular customer communication and timely follow-up • Ensure documentation and timely closure of open services within the assigned area • Use reporting and related systems to support customer experience and installation accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Must pass pre-employment test if applicable • Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job • 5 years of work experience • Construction/home improvement industry experience preferred • Prior experience managing residential home improvement install projects preferred • Strong time management and organizational skills • Strong negotiating skills • Strong business acumen • Problem-solving and multitasking skills • Collaborative leadership skills focused on partnerships • Ability to perform intermittent physical exertion including walking, standing, stooping, climbing, and lifting material or equipment • Ability to work in conditions with exposure to dust, fumes, or odors • Ability to travel overnight less than 10% of the time
