📋 Description

• Serve as the company's designated Qualifying Individual (QI) for its Nevada Class B Contractor's License • Lead field construction activities for utility-scale battery storage, solar, and other energy infrastructure projects • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget • Oversee project scheduling, documentation, change orders, field reporting, and project closeout • Monitor jobsite safety, quality control, and compliance with applicable codes and regulations • Collaborate with project management, engineering, development, and executive leadership teams • Support permitting, constructability reviews, and project planning • Travel to Nevada project sites approximately 25–30% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• Active Nevada Class B Contractor's License • License must be active, unrestricted, and in good standing • Willing and eligible to serve as the company's Qualifying Individual (QI) • 5+ years of Construction Superintendent, Construction Manager, Project Manager, or comparable construction leadership experience • Strong experience managing subcontractors and multiple construction trades • Experience with project scheduling, budgets, documentation, and field execution • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Willingness to travel approximately 25–30% • Preferred: experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), utility-scale solar, renewable energy, electrical or power infrastructure, utility construction, industrial construction, data centers, mission-critical facilities, or large-scale infrastructure/EPC projects • OSHA 30 and PMP Certification are strong pluses • Additional contractor licenses in other states are a strong plus • Nevada permitting or utility interconnection experience is a strong plus
