📋 Description

• Develop and build relationships with clients to develop HSE consulting opportunities • Provide and assist with industrial hygiene and safety consulting activities • Maintain online safety and prequalification databases • Coordinate client prequalification packages and safety performance evaluations • Manage quarterly random drug screening and annual motor vehicle report programs • Develop and manage the Hargrove Driving Violation tracking program • Manage quarterly Job Hazard Analysis audits and reports • Perform and manage monthly mobile office inspections • Identify and manage Safety Award Applications • Manage the Teammate Training Program for safety • Manage the client site orientation program • Assist with the Hargrove subcontractor qualification program • Maintain H2S monitors, including calibration and replacement of calibration gas cylinders • Assist the Corporate Safety Leader with site visit scheduling and conduct site visits to support safety efforts • Coordinate monthly and quarterly Safety Meetings • Document and publish SLT meeting notes and lead SLT meetings as required • Assist with proposal development • Manage safety team travel and conference/seminar preparations • Develop and deliver training presentations and safety chats on loss prevention topics • Utilize department standards and maintain required HSE documentation and reports

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Public Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field from an accredited university is required • 5+ years of relevant industrial safety, risk management, and/or industrial hygiene experience • Working knowledge of OSHA regulations • Working knowledge of industrial hygiene and safety principles and practices • Extreme attention to detail • Ability to handle multiple tasks and/or projects efficiently and effectively • Ability to perform HSE project work, conduct required activities, maintain documentation, and construct meaningful reports • Ability to participate on a small team to deliver on commitments • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Excellent verbal and written presentation and communication skills • Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time • Must be authorized to work in the United States • No certification is required for this position
